However, we do understand sometimes refund requests may be made. This policy sets out circumstances in which we may provide refunds in respect of a specific issue, at our absolute discretion.
We will gladly replace or refund incorrect products received or products that have been damaged or spoiled during transport by our staff.
To offer our customers complete satisfaction including value for money, we provide number of eases for our services. They can feel free to contact us if they have any questions regarding the Return & Refund Policy by emailing us at the restaurant. For immediate response, please call the restaurant or your third party delivery company. We usually do not accept cancellations if your order has been confirmed with us because preparation of your order can start immediately after your order is confirmed.
If you receive food that is different from your receipt or order, we sincerely apologize. Please call us or your third-party delivery company as soon as you notice that there was an error in your order or contact your third party delivery company. You may also come to pick up the correct food item. For credit card payments, you will be refunded the sales price amount associated with the error and recharged for the new items price.
For cash payments, you will be asked to pay the difference of the balance if the new food has a greater value than the food received an error. In the same way, you will receive the difference of the balance back as credit for the new item if less than the food received in error. We may also offer you a store credit.
Your order is priority if you come to collect. In all cases, please return the food order in the original container to our host without any usage of the food.
To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives.
If in case you do not receive food that you order, we will make it up to you. Call us or third-party delivery service as soon as you see that any food items is not received in your order. You can cancel the missed food before we have made it without any question, and we will refund the amount to a credit card or we will refund you with a store credit. No cash refunds.
Please note: we do provide courtesy items such as disposable silverware, chopsticks, etc. when requested for free. If by mistake we omit a free item you are welcome to tell us so, we may address to our staff, though, we cannot provide discounts, refunds or store credit.
We prepare food fresh to order with only the best and freshest ingredients. We take great pride in all of the food we make. Please call us immediately if you receive unsatisfactory food caused by a dislike or objects in the food. We will need the food returned in the original container so we may investigate and deal with the issue. We will prepare you a new food order. If you do not want to get a new dish, we refund the amount to a credit card or refund you with a store credit only after we get the food in the original container and after confirmed the error to the discretion of the manager on duty.
We offer a choice of spice levels (Mild, Medium, Hot or any other special request) but spice can be different for everyone. We, for the most part, recommend that you are in favour of alert and pick a lower zest level since you can include zest in, however, can’t take it out! We don’t offer limits or discounts for a favoured diverse zest level, however, please inform us as to whether you’d like us to include a side of your liking if available for you.
Though there is a very less chance, a late delivery can happen due to circumstances( eg. Traffic, heavy rains…etc.) that are not in our control. You can contact us regarding a late delivery. We will provide a replacement for the ordered food only if the issue occurs due to our fault. On the other hand, if the late delivery occurs due to a wrong address provided by you, or unavailability of any person to take the delivery, we shall not be liable to refund or return.
Apologies, we can’t drop, discount or give store credit in the event that you alter your opinion or erroneously arrange a thing after the request is readied. We can’t give any discount or store acknowledgment for non-food things or drinks.
When you cancel your order after the preparation of the ordered food or the delivery, we don’t provide refunds or return. However, if you have any issue with the quality, you can contact us. We will acknowledge the issue and take appropriate decision.
